By creating an account, accessing the platform, or placing any wager or bet on luckyd999, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you fully understand their contents, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. • "Account" means the registered player account created by a User upon successful completion of the luckyd999 registration process.

• "Balance" means the total MYR (Malaysian Ringgit) or cryptocurrency equivalent value held within a Player's luckyd999 wallet at any given time, including both deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts where applicable.
• "Wager" / "Bet" means any stake placed by a Player on any casino game, sports betting market, live dealer game, or other betting product offered on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, cashback amounts, or reward credits issued to a Player's account under any current or future promotional programme operated by luckyd999.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" means the minimum total wagering amount a Player must complete before Bonus Funds or winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required by luckyd999 prior to processing withdrawals or as required for account security purposes.
• "Supported Payment Methods" means the payment instruments accepted by luckyd999, including but not limited to FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT).
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary fiat currency denomination used on the luckyd999 Platform.

Access to luckyd999 and the creation of a Player account is subject to the following eligibility requirements. You must satisfy all of the following conditions to register and maintain an active account on the Platform:

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. luckyd999 strictly prohibits the use of its platform by individuals under 21 years of age. By registering, you warrant and represent that you are 21 years of age or older.
2. Legal Capacity: You must possess the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated or are otherwise restricted from entering into contracts are prohibited from registering.
3. Jurisdictional Compliance: You are solely responsible for verifying that accessing and using online gambling and betting services is lawful in your jurisdiction. luckyd999 does not accept liability arising from your failure to comply with applicable local laws.
4. Single Account Rule: Each individual player may hold only one (1) registered account on luckyd999. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or linked accounts by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.
5. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order — whether self-imposed through luckyd999's responsible gaming tools or imposed by any other regulatory or judicial authority — at the time of registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
6. Not an Employee: Employees, contractors, agents, and direct family members of employees of luckyd999 are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any wagering activities on the Platform.

When registering an account on luckyd999, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. The information provided during registration must match your valid government-issued identification documents, including your Malaysian MyKad or passport where applicable.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. luckyd999 will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

The following obligations apply to all registered accounts:

• All personal details provided during registration must be truthful and accurate. Providing false information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.
• You must update your account information promptly should any details change — including your contact email address, phone number, or payment method details.
• Account credentials must not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any third party. Each account is strictly for the sole personal use of the registered account holder.
• luckyd999 implements industry-standard security measures including 256-bit SSL encryption. However, you remain responsible for securing your own device, browser session, and login credentials.
• KYC verification may be required prior to processing any withdrawal request. Accepted documents include a valid Malaysian MyKad, passport, and supporting proof of payment method ownership. KYC completion timelines are communicated via the platform's verification module.

luckyd999 supports a range of Supported Payment Methods for both deposits and withdrawals, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and select cryptocurrencies including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). All fiat transactions are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM).

Deposits:

• Deposits via e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) and FPX/DuitNow are generally processed instantly or within a few minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing times.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Refer to the deposit page within the platform for current minimum and maximum deposit limits per method.
• luckyd999 does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits. Third-party network or transaction fees charged by your bank or payment provider are beyond luckyd999's control.
• All deposited funds must originate from a payment account or instrument held in the name of the registered account holder. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of any applicable Wagering Requirements on Bonus Funds prior to processing.
• luckyd999 aims to process e-wallet withdrawals in under 5 minutes, DuitNow and FPX transfers in 5–15 minutes, and direct bank transfers within 15–60 minutes. These are target processing times under normal operating conditions and are not guaranteed under all circumstances.
• Withdrawal requests may be subject to KYC verification. luckyd999 reserves the right to request documentation before releasing funds where there is reasonable cause for identity verification or fraud prevention.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method held in the same name as the registered luckyd999 account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment instruments not belonging to the account holder are strictly prohibited.
• luckyd999 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending completion of security or fraud checks, without liability to the Player for such delays where they are conducted in good faith.

luckyd999 offers various promotional programmes to eligible Players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, birthday bonuses, referral bonuses, cashback offers, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer.

• Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Players aged 21 and above only, unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer only once unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times — including through the use of multiple accounts — constitutes a breach of these Terms.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to Wagering Requirements as specified in each individual promotion's terms. Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are not eligible for withdrawal until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully met.
• luckyd999 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time and without prior notice, provided that such modification does not affect bonuses already credited and subject to active wagering by a Player.
• Where luckyd999 determines, in its reasonable discretion, that a Player has participated in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage betting, or any other activity designed to exploit promotional terms, luckyd999 reserves the right to void the relevant bonus, cancel associated winnings, and/or suspend the account.
• Bonus amounts are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. Equivalent amounts for cryptocurrency bonuses will be calculated at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of credit.

All bets and wagers placed on luckyd999 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slots, sports betting markets (including Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and international football), or any other product — are subject to the following general rules:

• A bet is final and binding once it has been confirmed by the luckyd999 system. Players should verify all bet details, including stake amount, odds, selection, and market, before confirming any wager.
• luckyd999 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was accepted, or where a manifest error in pricing, market configuration, or game software occurred.
• In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during the course of a game or bet, luckyd999 will apply its standard game-round resolution policy as applicable to the specific game or betting product affected. Disputed outcomes should be reported to customer support within 48 hours of the relevant game round or event conclusion.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per event. These limits are displayed within the betting interface prior to wager confirmation.
• All casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. luckyd999 does not manipulate, influence, or intervene in the outcome of any game or betting event.
• Sports betting odds are set by luckyd999's pricing team and/or partner pricing providers. Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation constitute the contracted odds for that wager.

Players are strictly prohibited from engaging in the following activities on or in connection with the luckyd999 platform. Violation of any of the following provisions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all account balances:

• Registering more than one (1) account, or assisting another person in circumventing the single-account policy.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point of interaction with luckyd999.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Using automated systems, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform — whether in the casino game software, sports betting system, or any other component. Any exploitation must be reported to luckyd999 support immediately upon discovery.
• Engaging in collusion with other players or with platform staff to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus terms or pricing errors rather than genuine market uncertainty.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you, or processing deposits or withdrawals through a third-party account.
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at luckyd999 staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law without the appropriate legal authority to do so.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the express written permission of luckyd999.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technical component of the Platform.
• Use the luckyd999 brand name, logo, or any associated trademark in any manner without prior written authorisation from luckyd999.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform without express written consent.

Any unauthorised use of luckyd999's intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may give rise to civil or criminal legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, luckyd999 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers exclude all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, luckyd999 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial losses arising from wagering or betting activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from reliance on odds, predictions, or in-platform statistics.
• Interruptions to, or unavailability of, the Platform arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service provider outages, or circumstances beyond luckyd999's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their account login credentials.
• Losses arising from delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, or banking institutions such as Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank.
• Indirect or consequential losses including loss of profit, loss of reputation, or loss of data.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit luckyd999's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate the Player's account and cease the relationship governed by these Terms, subject to the following provisions:

Termination by luckyd999:

luckyd999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it reasonably determines that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any applicable law.
• The Player has engaged in any form of fraud, money laundering, prohibited conduct, or identity misrepresentation.
• The Player's account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other players.
• The Player has failed to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a formal request.

Upon termination for cause, luckyd999 reserves the right to forfeit all Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds. Real-money deposited funds may be returned to the Player subject to the completion of applicable fraud and AML checks.

Termination by Player:

Players may close their account at any time by contacting the luckyd999 customer support team. Prior to account closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal course. Account closure requests are typically completed within three (3) business days.

luckyd999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to these Terms, luckyd999 will endeavour to notify registered Players via the contact email address associated with their account, or by publishing a prominent notice on the Platform.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent update is indicated at the top of this page. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform and submit an account closure request.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which luckyd999 is licensed and incorporated.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct engagement with luckyd999's customer support team shall be escalated through luckyd999's formal dispute resolution process. Players are encouraged to raise any grievance with the support team in the first instance, and luckyd999 commits to responding to formal disputes within five (5) business days of receipt.

Where disputes remain unresolved following the internal resolution process, they may be referred to the applicable regulatory authority or an independent third-party arbitration service, as required under the terms of luckyd999's operating licence.
